Warzone Season 4 Reloaded Assault Rifle Tier List
DBLTAP
DBLTAP's assault rifle tier list for Call of Duty: Warzone, updated for Season 4 Reloaded.

Our Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 Reloaded assault rifle tier list is here to break down which of the guns are the best to use in Caldera, Fortune's Keep, and Rebirth Island with the launch of Raven Software's latest major update.

With the Season 4 Reloaded patch, not only did we get the all-new Vargo-S assault rifle, but a handful of major changes were made to options in the weapon class as well. From the strong Kilo 141 buffs to the long-range meta perhaps being even more wide open, here is a breakdown of how the assault rifles stack up in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 Reloaded.

Warzone Season 4 Reloaded Assault Rifle Rankings

S Tier

tttttttttttttttt

In the S Tier are 12 ARs that appear to be key parts of the meta in Season 4 Reloaded, at least early on. The BAR and Cooper Carbine's recoil patterns were made a bit harder to control, the Itra Burst's bullet velocity was buffed, the M13 damage was slightly buffed and the Volk was nerfed and buffed across the board. The NZ-41 was slightly nerfed in damage and recoil control but as we've seen numerous times in the past, we'll believe the NZ-41 is actually worse when we see it in-game. The KG M40 will be a little bit harder to use but overall seems to be primed to take over the weapon class. Perhaps the biggest change in the patch, however, is that the long-lost Kilo 141 seems to have been brought back to its meta state. Meanwhile, the Nikita AVT, Automaton, Vargo 52, AS44 and AK-47 (BOCW) should remain to be solid options as well so feel free to keep rolling them out.

A Tier

tttttttttttttttt

In A Tier are a wide variety of options that are top-tier viable and remain generally balanced to use in Warzone. Essentially, these ARs are sitting right outside of the main meta, but are still able to get the job done and allow you to be competitive. For now, the all-new Vargo-S slots in here, but seems primed to be an excellent option for both long-range and sniper support. The STG44's recoil was made harder to control, CR-56 AMAX should be viable again after having its damage buffed back to normal, the FARA 83's damage range was increased and the Krig 6's damage received a buff. Continuing the trend discussed earlier, now is as good of a time as any to bring out those long-lost fan favorites like the Grau 5.56 and M4A1.

B Tier

tttttttttttttttt

These weapons in B Tier remain viable, but could still use a slight buff in order for more players to seriously consider using them. Unfortunately, this is where the fun stops. Ultimately, some of these are fairly popular still, but just aren't as statistically sound compared to the guns above.

C Tier

tttttttttttttttt

Whether it's for long-range or sniper support, these C Tier rifles are still not close to having a place in the meta and definitely need some buffs in Warzone.
